Our Story

Brought over in a suitcase, baked with love in Dallas.

Yiayia's Coffeehouse began the way the best things do — with a recipe notebook, a stubborn belief that people still want food made the old way, and a kitchen that never stops humming.

Our founder's grandmother kept a collection of Greek pastry recipes passed down through generations. When she settled in Dallas, she brought those recipes with her and opened a small counter with a bigger dream: to give every customer the same feeling you get when you walk into someone's grandmother's home.

Today, that kitchen is still full of the same warmth. We still fold phyllo by hand. We still proof our dough before dawn. And we still greet you by name.
